Today was rather eventful for this one.
The day started off with one venturing to the company's home, and briefly speaking to Sigfread. The 'Rogue' told him about how the Iron Crown is beginning to stir, which does admittedly worry him. One has a feeling that Angmar is probably the Order's next destination. After this conversation, he spotted Mathildah, whom he ended up spending most of his day with.
She seemed very enthusiastic in learning about him, and his home, which pleases him, as he is always happy to share with anyone willing to listen. He can tell she has an explorative mind, just like this one, which is nice to see. After a long conversation, on various topics, we decided to have a quick spar, alongside Sparrow and Arthasdir, which ended up being relatively short, as he got his dagger to her throat quicker than we both anticipated. One can tell he is beginning to like her perhaps a tiny fraction more than one should expect, which, truth be told, doesn't worry him. It's relaxing to know that this one, at the end of the day, is just like everyone else.
After we said our goodbyes, and she headed off to rest, this one found himself in a conversation with Arthasdir, while eating the stew that Sparrow had made for them. He was very pleased to learn that Arthasdir is also of Dunedain descent, the revelation believably having brought us closer, which is good to see. The man also gave this one a little bit of advice, on how to speak to Mathildah now, due to his previous thoughts.. This one is beginning to trust him.
And just to note: This one referred to himself as 'me', without forcing it, for the first time today. This truly is a noteworthy development. One believes he is beginning to learn.
