Entry 13:(Everything prior to this is simple descriptions of petty thief coupled with minor bits of background about the characters mentioned here-after)
Finally those worthless fools who thought themselves my better are starting to take note of my talents, maybe soon they will leave me be and stop pestering my helpless little "sister" and she can finally get better... but enough of that, hm lets see what has been happening since the last time I wrote in here? Oh! I know the kind elf man came by again today and left me and my sis some food, while I don't like handouts I think its the only thing that makes little sis happy anymore, knowing that someone like him is watching out for us when he stops in Bree.
Entry 14:
Sis and I hit the market hard today, got away with two whole apples! can you believe the luck!? and to make things better seems liike the watch came through the alley while we were gone so not only are the meaner thugs gone for now but the watch didn't find me or my sis yet, guess they'll keep tryin' though better be more careful for now... maybe wait until our stomachs are begging before we go back out into the cleaner streets.
Entry 15:
The kind elf man is back and this time he says he wants to take us somewhere special... I still don't trust him but after this long I kinda have to be nice to him, plus sis wants to go and I just can't tell her no...
Entry 16: (A few droplets of blood are splattered on the pages)
...I i can't believe it, the elf he..... he tried to kill my sister, my poor defenseless sister and for what? something her family did, shes never even told me about her parents or anything and yet this man who we came to trust... well that she came to trust just stabbed her, no explaination... anyway the important thing is now we're safe for now I couldn't take us back to our little tent in the alley if I did I'm sure he'd be there, so instead I ran us (Her bleeding out) all the way to the Chetwood and we're hiding now, but I don't know how long I can keep sis here... she'll die I just know it...
