Following certain events that took place but a few days ago, I opened my door to find an arrow upon the stoop of my Winter Mansions. I was wary, at first, on seeing the dried blood upon the head and shaft. However, I overcame my uneasiness, and lifted it in my hand. A note was wrapped about it, the blood forcing the ink to...bleed. It read:
" Dieudonnae,
This is the arrow that took out my eye,
Your lap dog is a better shot than I thought,
Keep this arrow with you, for it is a sign of your insanity and your insecurity...
Wouldn't want you to forget...

Insanity? Yes, he spoke much of this during a brief...interview I had with him a time ago. I wonder, does he truly believe himself the hero in this, and me the villain? Would that such illusions would abandon him, and leave him to see the monstrosity he was...
