I awoke early and went to hunt for breakfast. After a short search I found a rabbit warren and caught a fair number of them by employing an old trick I made. I set snares at the all but one of the entrances to the warren then set a fire at the last one, the rabbit's flee the smoke and practically catch themselves!
Boss man was leaving camp as I returned and tasked me with waking the others before dawn. Most of them rose as I began cooking though Brammy was reluctant to wake, at least until I dropped one of my catches on his face as he slept. He soon woke then and he had a rather distinct smell for the rest of the day.
Shortly after breakfast was done and everyone was ready Fiontann returned with an elven friend of his. Turns out he's the Captain of the Imladris Warband and was to escort us to the valley. He took his time to set out but I suppose immortal beings do not have reason to rush.
The ride to Imladris was quiet and ordinary enough, we wound our way up a few steep hills and soon arrived. Though nothing could have prepared me for the beauty of what I saw. The whole valley seemed lighter and more joyous than the rest of the world and still does as I write this. It is a shame that we shall have to leave.
Teleyn, Brammy and myself went for a swim in the waters to cleanse the dust of travel (and whatever had left a stench in Brammy's breeches that morning) from us. We have been told to avoid the large house on the morrow though I can't help but wonder why and I am not the only one. Perhaps a quick look around is in order, but for now rest seems like a good course.
