The company of Maethor and elves from the Warband of Imladris make their way further into Enedwaith. The begin to cross into the land known as Thror's Coomb following the information they had been told told by the Dunlending Hunters.
They follow the trail using the river to mask their passage through the Dunlendings territory. The emerge unscathed to arrive at a river crossing with ancient dwarven way markers across the other side.
Lady Nelnardis after speaking with the dwarven archivists brings news that the Lady Elisbeth and her companion had been to the ancient depository. They had learned of a way to cure the taint in the Trollshaws. They had then taken a stairway down below the Library into the deepest archives in search of some scrolls which speak of long forgotten Gaunt Lords.
The companions under the direction of Lord Virthalion agree are informed by the Curator of the Depository that sadly after the Lady Elisbeth and her companion went below there was a loud explosion and part of the ancient store of lore collapsed. The few dwarves there tried to find a way through to the two elves but the rockfall was too vast.
