Watcher Timothie Baker is a well-known face in Bree land to the locals.  It is a stern face one that does not often morph into a smile. The man is a family member of the wealthy merchant family, The Bakers.  He is treated with respect and when he walks into a room many will nod a greeting.  Yet, he is not the personality people often seek out for a friendly chat.  This was why his Aunt, Mrs. Baker, recommended he join the watch instead of continuing to work at the family bakery. 

Years of training and service have made him rise in rank.  Watcher Timothie carries a staff as his weapon of choice.  He is reluctant to draw blood and finds the staff can be used to take down a criminal without death.  It leaves him slightly more vulnerable but his pride makes him believe he could best most.

His dark hair and dark eyes give him away as a local of the land. A drastic contract to his adopted cousin, Owena Baker.  The large nose on his face steals away the word ‘handsome’ to describe him.  Slow to flirt, fast to judges, this man spends a lot of his time looking down his large nose at others he finds beneath him.
