Minstrel of House of Fountain
Legacy of his parents and early life
After the Darkening of Valinor, horrible Kinslaying and fears of crossing Helcaraxë Fëalivril's parents were adrift and lingered at Nevrast until making their way with other Noldor to Gondolin.
Parents of Fëalivril settled quite well and his father became Guard of the Gate, member of House of the Fountain which is one of the Twelve Houses of the Gondolindrim, whose Lord was Ecthelion of the Fountain.
Long they lived there and it is there where Fëalivril was born. He learned great deal of the Light, Valar and Time of Peace from his mother and was deeply motivated by all things Good. As he learned history and art of music and poetry he got determined to cherish that all.
But soon came The Nirnaeth Arnoediad or Battle of Unnumbered Tears and the Fall of Gondolin. When Gondolin was lost, Gil-galad received the Kingship of the Noldor. He maintained the refuge upon Balar and the small port at the Sirion estuary. Fëalivril's father was fatally wounded in flight as rest of the family made it to safety through hidden ways. Fëalivril grew fast and even though he also mastered arts of combat, he did not match skills of his father's but he did find himself to be very protective and wanted to act as a guard or escort to his teachers, masters and now so mourning mother.
After the War of Wrath, Fëalivril and his mother remained at the small surviving part of Beleriand, at Lindon where his mother died due to the great sadness she weren't able to bear any longer. Sadness that wiped away her joyful personality after the Trees were destroyed, Kinslaying had happened, her husband slain but the most devastating thing of all was leaving the Undying Lands to face horrors of wars.
Rising against the Evil for the Greater Good
Fëalivril left Lindon after his mother passed away and lived mostly in Eregion and later in Imladris.
Fëalivril wears armor of silver and crystal, closest resemblance to his father's armor that he has been able to acquire. This and his flute playing reminds many Eldar of House of the Fountain and even though he isn't officially a member or does not quite wield the sword as his father did, it is in his nature to still escort and safeguard others like his father used to.
This led him to discover Vanimar and true members of the Order of the Fountain and for the first time in his life he wanted to be part of something bigger to prepare to fight the enemy for the one last time before all of his kin have left the Middle-Earth.
His Amilesse (Mother-name) consist of words fëa (spirit), lin (musical sound,
melody), ril (sparkle).
"From Gondolin a star still gleams, with a blade of wrath and songs like dreams.
A noldor wearing, silver mail with jewel bright, he stands aloft with a veil of light.
A harp he wields of dwarven make, with enchanted strings that do not break.
A steadward elf who is the enduring shield, against any force our foes might wield."
