An Angmarim born and bred, the Oathkeeper, as she later came to be known among the Dourhands, was originally sent to Breeland as the Beast-Mistress for an Angmarim delegation to the Blackwolds. However, she showed such an aptitude for sorcery while there that the Angmarim Sorcerer in the party took her on as an apprentice of sorts.

Eventually, word came from Angmar ordering a new delegation to be sent to the Dourhands, as the fall of Thorin's Halls to the Longbeards had not only displaced the Dourhands, but also led to the death of their Angmarim advisor. The Oathkeeper was selected for this purpose, and she returned to Angmar to gather the delegation that she would take to Ered Luin.

Her arrival in Ered Luin was a quiet one, but she applied her knowledge of beasts and birds so that many animals which were previously non-threatening became deadly foes of the Longbeards. Wolves and hendrevail especially she was able to turn against them, causing the Longbeards no end of grief.

The power of the Malkog-Zaduk (the Noble Order of the Foresworn) has been waning ever since Hallechil Malkogkala Malkog-Zaduk-ob vanished without trace some months ago.  Now, the Angmarim in Ered Luin have all but vanished, leaving only rumors and the unnaturally aggressive hendrovail and corrupted wolves to mark their passage.
