Journal the Third - Quarry

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Diary

I finally left the house of Daigan today. After the terrible incident involving the old man, I have been loathe to do so, too ashamed of my actions to bare the light of day and yet somehow, some way, the letters of Baradar have found me, even here.

Story

PART ONE: Leap of Fate

Every day Isoldis asked her sister Tynuilos, when will she go west? It had become the refrain of a hymn recited daily perhaps at dawn, or otherwise whenever the two maidens might share each others’ company, and when Tynuilos was away on business concerning the Laiquendi Order, Isoldis would scribe her hymn to parchment and send the tiny packages by courier or ferry, sometimes in triplicate, suspecting the postal system t

Background:

Isoldis is the second daughter of Ithglir and Tynalius, in keen outward resemblence to her Noldo father, she has dark hair, piercing eyes and a scornful approach to anything new, untrusted or un-elven. Considered hauty, condescending, arrrogant and cold, she can be socially awkward, prefering the blunt truth over affectation, she seeks her parents' love and acceptance which she deems not forthcoming, and views herself undeserving.

Garradocs Travels: Setting off...

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story
Garradoc awoke, the sun was shining through his windows in his hobbit hole, he went to the kitchen and put the kettle on the fire and sat in his favourite armchair. He picked up the book he was reading last night, The flowers of the Shire, he was near the end of the book. He read for about another five more minutes, he guessed the kettle was ready about now so he went and checked. He was right, it was ready, so he made himself a nice cup of tea and had a nice hobbit sized breakfast, bacon, a waffle, some taters, beans and another waffle.

Journal, Fifth Entry: Bree, First Camp

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Diary
Dear Mother and Father, We stayed in Bree for a few days so Rua could sell the rest of the tools he made. He bought me a pair of daggers from a weaponsmith with some of the money he earned. They are longer than normal knives and sharp and I cut my finger on them. Rua gave them to me because they are useful. I can cut an apple. Rua says he will make me a wooden target when we get back home. He drew a target on a stable door and I tried throwing the dagger at it but I never hit the target. Rua says I need to practise.
