Our Little Mountain

Traditionally Dwarves can only be married 'under mountain'.

And so here's our little mountain, a hobbit hole in Needlehole. It has a banner of the Blue Mountains spread over it, just to make it clear, that we're getting wed under those mountains.

Pudding Riot at the Dwarven Fayre

Yesterday we - the Kin ensemble, I mean - entered at the talent contest at the Dwarven Fayre in Needlehole which had really drawn a crowd and this was the first time we played formally as a group - it was for me, anyway - and there were a lot of dwarves which are huge as mountains almost and I had to be really wary of not getting entangled in their beards and all the other contestants did music too except for one reckless hobbit who did a suicidal stunt and he really should have known better although he did win second prize which only goes to show that Dwarves have a different sense of humo
