"But suddenly into his heart came a wild urge to climb it like a great towering tree and dance upon its crowned head, and he had to stifle the laughter that arose within his breast!"

Fandorel is a Wood-elf from the Woodland Realm who used to travel through the Mirkwood as a hunter, before becoming a scout for King Thranduil in the forests around Erebor. Following the destruction of large portions of these forests by Smaug the Golden when he took the Lonely Mountain for himself, she was sent south to monitor the dark influence of Dol Guldur. When the War of the Ring broke out, she and her scouting party were driven westwards by the forces of the Dark Lord and the White Hand.

Becoming a Huggy Hobbit

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

Ever since I arrived at me old friend’s burrow in the South Farthing, I had this ‘huggy’ idea on me mind.  Daysey and her family say ‘It’s been a right dark and dreary winter, and no mistake, so we be looking at how we can cheer us up indoors, and a bit in the garden.”

The Fires of the Mountain

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

Narali sat near the edge of the northern camp, where the watchfires burned low and steady rather than bright. Voices carried in quiet tones across the tents—healers finishing their work, guards changing posts, the soft murmur of those who had begun to remember what safety felt like. It was as safe a place as could be made in this land, and there were kind hands at work throughout it, shaping order out of ruin.
