Amanda silently walked out of the town gates and out into a field, not really seeming to really pay attention to where she was going, but as she slowly gazed around and noticed where she was, and no one was around, she decided to take her dagger out of her sheath on her side, slowly gazing around and walking to a distant tree, but the closer she got, the quicker her steps became... With a small hop in her step, she pulled the dagger over her shoulder by the hilt, and launched it toward the tree, sending it straight into the bark, she shook her arm lightly with a quiet mumble, "Haven't done this in forever..." as she walked to the tree, pulling her dagger out of it, backing up to where she was and doing it yet again, going to the tree, getting the dagger, walking back and doing it again as she spoke to herself, "Guess I need to train myself if no one else will... My leg is better, I can do it, but everyone is busy..."
As she threw the dagger at the tree yet again, part of the tree split off and flew at her, she quickly turned her head and lifting her arm to block her face as the bark came flying at her arm, piercing straight into her arm as she let out a cry of pain, lowering her arm slowly and trying to carefully pry it out of her arm, once she finally got it out her arm started bleeding heavily, she quickly went to the tree to get her dagger, brushing it against her pants to get any wood chippings off and putting it back in the sheath, walking down to the nearby river...
Upon approaching the river, she sat by the riverbank and leaned over, putting her arm in the cold, flowing water and rubbed lightly at her arm to soak the blood away, not even thinking to check for wood chippings IN her arm as she wiped the blood from her arm and opposite hand, pulling her bag off one shoulder and pulling a linen cloth out of it, wrapping the cloth around her arm.
