We have gathered and prepared to pull off the rescue of my brothers. I seemed to be calm but Iarvenil was really nervous to return there. After a long journey we finally stopped on the border of North Ithilien and the Morgul Vale. "Do you see them anywhere?" - I asked Iarvenil as we were supposed to meet our friends and the elf here. He had spotted a large eagle that landed on a tree branch not far from us and looked in our direction. It couldn't be a wild eagle, it seemed like its owner was somewhere near. He pointed it out to me. "Good point, let us go." - I said towards him and soon after an elf maiden startled us by approaching from behind. I was startled. "Oh, who are you?" - I asked as I turned around to face her. "Mae govanenn. Elen Sila lumen omentielvo." - The lady then spoke towards us. I did understand her but I weren't fluent enough in Sindarin yet to answer. "Oh... you must be the one we didn't get to meet before." - I then spoke to the elf. Iarvenil kept watching us as well as the surroundings. "Ma istal quet' Eldarin?" - She asked once again in elvish and then revealed herself with a smile. She was a very tall one. I shook my head at her words, I understood her but didn't answer in that language. I indicated to her that he'd rather speak the common tongue. Then she introduced herself in it and we did as well. We observed the eagle we have seen before for a moment. "We need to find our brothers..." - Iarvenil then said to them as he became more nervous from all this waiting. I looked at him and then at the elf. "Shall we join the others?" - I then asked but the answer frozen the blood in us. "Yes and we must be quick. Nethillon's time is running out." - The Lady then answered. Then, we moved with the fear inside us through that blasted region to soon reach the spot where Iarvenil has last seen Iarnuil. There were so many dead bodies around but none was his. Soon, we have reached a tree cluster where he have spotted him. Iarnuil was sitting by a tree with a pool of blood surrounding him. He seemed to have a big chest wound which he tried to staunch as his hand was still pressed against it. I was worried, he looked like he has been already dead but the elf leaned down to him. "Alive barely. Let me do my work, guard the surroundings." - She then told us after examining him. And so we did as she continued to treat our brother, we kept the guard. Soon, we have spotted an orc patrollers around and I ambushed and killed them. Afterwards, we hid the dead orcs to avoid being detected. Then as the elf finished to treat the wound we moved Iarnuil to a safer spot from where the cavalry would take him home. Iarvenil, then was sent to watch over the surroundings again and it was safe for now. I and the elf have joined him not long after that. As we proceeded closer to the shadowy shape of Minas Morgul he was getting even more nervous but I kept me calm enough. We followed the secret way into the city and as soon as we managed to enter a Nazgul's shrieks almost broke all the courage in me. Iarnuil shivered and I covered my ears for a while before we moved on. "Must be quick..they do will eventualy smell us.." - The elf whispered to us as we moved on. - "Someone needs stay guard the back." - She then finished as we got into the main hallway. Soon, It was only me and the elf around as Iarvenil kept the watch down there. Using a disguise, the elf managed to get us into the cell. I spotted him then laying on the table. I rushed to his side. "Nethillon..." - I whispered and touched him lightly. He was so cold, still and pale. There weren't any signs of life on him. His body was covered in blood. I felt my eyes watering but I couldn't leave nor make a sound here. I started to mourn him silently as the elf approached me. She checked on Nethillon's body. "He looks dead but is not. Need to get him quickly out. This won't fool guards for long." - She then told me. I was so confused but I had to trust her for my brother. And so I lifted him and ran out with him as the fight began. "Go! Run!" - The elf shouted towards us as we escaped the Vale.
After a long journey back to Belfalas with the cavalry we finally reached our family home. I looked then at the Cavalry commander. "I would never thank you enough..." - I then said to her and glanced at Nethillon, whom I was carrying again. The commander looked at me. "Battalion is my ally and even more your family now. We look after our own ones. The ranger will stay behind as she can explain the best and help the wounded ones." - She then answered me and soon the ranger was standing beside me. "Alright, We will never forget this." - I then said towards the cavalry and then we carried Iarnuil and Nethillon into the house. They put Iarnuil down in one of the bedrooms and let him rest as he got treated by the elf before. I carried Nethillon to the other room while the ranger went to check on Iarnuil. I laid him down on to the bed and as soon as I did the ranger came into the room. She took her helmet off and rushed to my brother's side. He was still looking lifeless. "Nethillon..." - I have heard her whispering to him and then she kept gently running her hand through his hair. She looked like she was about to cry. I then left the room to watch over Iarnuil. Nethillon had already the best of help he could receive. I sat down by Iarnuil's bed and watched over him for a while. "Araithil!" - I heard then the ranger calling out my name. I rushed to the other room. "Yes? What's happening?" - I asked when I reached the room. She explained that she needed help with tending to him and so we did. "He...I have seen.. I gave him a potion. It, it causes a fake death and can fool enemies around. He drank it..one day, he looks like dead, but wakes up then." - She then tried to explain me what happened to him. I nodded as I understood something even more important and then gave her a smile of relief. "You saved him more than now then. I am grateful for everything you have done." - I then answered still looking at her. "Anything for you and him. We...I and him have special connection..." - She then answered as she was done with tending to his wounds. Soon after she just simply told me to leave, and so I did, even more when I heard that her cousin was missing after the task. I was really worried about her. I passed them the letter that arrived just before I went away. I needed to search for the one I cared about as Nethillon and Iarnuil were in good hands now.
