Transfer of Land Deed - Prior to Death

Transfer of Land Deed - Prior to Death
Bottle Farm

Whereas it has been the finding of a stout and true company of hobbits, who visited Androdoc Bottle and spoke with him on several diverse occasions, that he has fallen into a permanent illness that precludes him from continuing as owner of Bottle Farm. Further, that his wife, Marigold Bottle (née Lowbanks), has chosen to care for him instead of taking up the mantle of landowner, the formal transfer of Bottle Farm, its assets, utensils, appurtenances, accoutrements, and other trappings, contracts, and land is hereby executed through the issuance of this document.

A formal hearing before Constable Bolger being held on the 4th day of Frery, 30-- where notable members of Staddle, Bree, and Combe testified to the fact that none of the other children of Androdoc and Marigold Bottle remained in the area and had, in fact, not been seen in well over twenty years, though their fate be unknown. It was further noted for the record that Pansyblossom Bottle has been acting in Androdoc's stead for many months since he took ill, and the Bottle Farm and its established pickle and preserved foods business has been flourishing under her hand. Being that there were no objections or concerns raised: the conclusion of said hearing was that Pansyblossom Bottle is the sole heir and responsible party for Bottle Farm of Staddle.

The entirety of Bottle Farm, its assets, utensils, appurtenances, accoutrements, and other trappings, contracts, and land are therefore now, and in perpetuity, transferred to Pansyblossom Bottle as of this 29th day of Frery, 30--.  Witnessed and sealed by:

Longo Daegmund of Staddle
Lily Underhill of Staddle
Lolo Wendingway of Staddle
Ferdiband Took of Staddle
Constable Underhill of Combe
Esilia Diggerly of Combe
Dob Sandheaver of Bree
