Dear Friend,
I shall have to interrupt my journey to the Woods due to grave news from the land south of here. I shall be departing immediately to help there to the best of my abilities.
I know your company has much to worry about, but if you can spare any - just a few warriors would be enough - please send them to Enedwaith to help us evacuate the inhabitants. We have word of a large company of the Enemy prepared to invade, and we do not have the numbers to hold them back.
I hope this letter reaches you in good health, and the Lady's efforts in the Woods are going well. I intend to travel on towards the Woods as soon as the situation here is resolved.
