Four riders by the Great River by Baldead

Faeswith dismounts from her mighty steed, thus setting the setting for this short tale.
Her eye patch have been 'forced' on due to her eyesight had worsen after killing a mighty bee, that flew into the eye. Such was the reputation or rather the tall tales Baldead enjoys spreading around those he spends his time with.

Mægisterwigend Faeswith turns towards the three riders, informing them of their task or rather adventure some might call it.
"Check on Stangard! The city of exiles still loyal to Rohan but a rather brutish brunts by even Rohirric standards."
Being informed by their mighty Mægisterwigend, Agnahan, Eirveth and Baldead soon dispatch of most of their normal Èored 'Uniforms' if you could call them such, for by strangers they were just Riders of the Mark.
Soon they were off, just being unusual riders which passes Stangard, with a destination in mind... Eorlsmead tower.

The riders arrived near the tower, spotting a farm stead which has been captured. Not by orc, nor foul foul hill-men. Alas it was vegetation that has taken the place as it captive given the farm have been abandoned.

Faeswith vanishes at some point due to that night, where Baldead. 'After telling his fellow riders, he would take the first watch.' Somehow is unable to see where Faeswith has come, after coming towards their camp fire to waken either of them for a watch.

As dawn came upon the now Three riders, Agnahan was told to stay behind thus making sure if Faeswith should come by, he would be there to greet her.
Eirveth rode first forth towards Stangard, surly the task for this trip was to gather information of the threats that might hit Rohan at some point, and see in general if they were all-right.
Baldead took off a short moment after, heading same direction.

Stangard has by this time, been on alert as they somehow been informed of four strange riders coming from the Wold has entered their area of duty. Suspicious bunch they, wanted to find them and hear them out for their reason in such unwelcome lands.

Baldead at last manages to find Eirveth in Stangard, telling her to meet her in the Tavern. He was clearly up to something or better might have found out of something, but nay... He pulls Eirveth into a tavern fight after spreading the rumours in the town that, two of the four riders were in Stangard! Hidden beneath their noses!
At the Tavern a fight broke out, with our two riders and Four Guards. Taking two of the poor guards just doing their duty then knocks both Eirveth to the ground and after Baldead, using him as their personal punching bag after the rider called one of the guards a harlot and unfit for Rohan. Such insults clearly didn't go well by the guards of Stangard. After making sure both riders were knocked out, they secured their hands and threw them in jail.

Now the two riders slowly wakens from their slumber, with much pain in their body and a smirk. Baldead thought Faeswith might have gotten herself into Prison somehow but was wrong, his so called 'friend' wasn't a friend as Baldead would have thought or believed he was.
The guard were rather chatty as another enters the Jail house. Speaking about one of the Riders been spotted at the Farm, a male rather old and the last Female with the eye patch has made it into the Wold yet again.

Eirveth and Baldead hearing this, now knows atleast what they came for. Faeswith is safe, but now Agnahan needs to be warned to not end the same way as they have. With their back to each others, Eirveth finds Baldead's hidden dagger, and starts to cut his ropes but soon stops as the Guard turns over to see to the cells. By this time the guards rather chatty friend has left the prison leaving the clearly bored guard alone with his duties.

Eirveth tries to pull a fast one on the guard, and headbutts Baldead with such a force or rather what seems for the guard. Knocking poor Baldead which plays along, and faints onto the ground. The guard rattles trying to find the correct key, shouting for them both to stop enters the cell trying to break it up, but finds himself kicked in the back knee by Baldead falling over where Eirveth returns the favour from the Tavern fight and stomps her rather oversized feet onto his face thus passing out.

They fast remove their ropes freeing themself, where Baldead then starts to remove the guard's armour informing Eirveth, that she must with all haste make way to the Farm and ride to the Wold with Agnahan. He would get the guards attention and ride the other direction with them, saying the prisoners had escaped and they must be tracked. Agreeing to the plan, they makes their escape of Stangard!

One wonders what happend to the four riders.
