Place: The Bree Jail
I was working at the Jail, stepping outside for a quick patrol of the outside, when two riders came up to the Jail. One was a man, later identified as Detective Lake, the other an unidentified woman. Detective Lake's horse was carrying an extra load, a body lying across the saddlebags. After a quick discussion, I took them inside the Jail. The body turned out to be the unnamed Stone Quarter bandit, who fled to Ost Guruth. Detective Lake had killed him, and brought the body to Bree. Watcher Thornbrough gave the Detective his bounty and sent him on his way.
