Tales of the Mute - Letters to You - Entry 5

It was a sunny morning when I woke up. My arm was slung over Eordion's nude waist, and it took me a few moments to realize where I was. I had gone with him that night, he had said that he couldn't come home with me for a while. I haven't asked why yet, but I plan to later today. I slid out of bed without waking him up, thankfully, and dressed myself quietly. After stealing a few slices of his bread and cheese, I snuck out of the house.

I'm running out of paint at the house, especially after the paintings I made for the tavern. I don't like to buy paints, I much would rather make my own. Not to say that I make them better, but.. I do. So I went home and grabbed my basket and my knife before setting off. I usually pick the certain plants around Combe, Archet and Chetwood. Indigo isn't always the easiest to find, but I did get quite a bit of it this trip.

Afterwards, I went to the Pony. It was quiet, and thankfully Corrben wasn't in sight today. I sat at a table and had a cup of tea, and sketched a bit. The quietness eventually got to me though and I decided to pack my things and head back to Eordion's house, though it was hardly even midday yet. I hope he isn't angry I stole some of his bread.
