Thought to be a former slave of the south, often seen in the company of a silver-haired woman and a young child.
The child is suspected to be his son, no harm is wished on the child.

A hooded man whom wears highly specialized equipment. A metallic disc attached to his belt to cover the abdominals, spiked guantlets which have spiked knuckles. Tends to wear hooded clothing of dark colors. Average height and build.
