Ignorance of a Youth
Cisel is young, she has seen a lot, but everyday she finds more things she had never imagined. Her dream to leave Bree and her dream to learn to read and write have always been put on hold for her daily fight for survival. Untill Aeonid and Azzy let Cisel move in. She found a safe place to fall there, but she got into a habit of forgetting to keep watch of time. Since she did not have a horse, the walk to the homesteads was a long one. Some nights Cisel would realize she had lingered in Bree for to long, and she would be to tired to walk home. So she would resort to the one place she new quite well, Beggar's Alley, despite the fact Aeo told her to not return there.
Even with the help of her friends, Cisel remained both too stubborn and to afraid to ask for more help. If she wasn't forced to, Cisel would not eat. And when Cisel did eat, she always found she could never eat very much. Aeo told her it was because her stomach had shrunk over her hard life, and that it would grow in time. Though Cisel still found she never had a large appetite.
However, an idea popped into her mind. Aeo had taught Cisel how to hunt, and a local taxidermist, who was friends with Cisel's old brother when she was younger, promised to tan her hides for only a copper a piece. Most of the time, the hides were not big and were easy to tan any ways. So Cisel decided to become what was called a merchant, and sell her hides she got. Though that wasn't an easy task. Cisel was still shy, but she was able to force herself to smile and make some money.
