Ellsa would wake up in the tent, as usual, though Syrioh would be outside. As she came out, she would most likely be surprised by the sudden change of venue. They'd be at a beautiful set of ruins, which would overlook rapids and waterfalls. Syrioh would be seen outside the tent, a short distance away shaving, in his usual predictable manner. Though he would be wearing nothing but boots, trousers and his wedding ring. All of his tattoos would be visible, each and every deer, buck, moose, raven, mountain lion clear. But what would dominate the colouring would be the lynx on his shoulder, taking someone's gaze and marveling them at the manner of which the light hits it. He would not seem to take any notice of Ellsa's waking up, but would he appear to be in the best mood he'd ever been in. He would have prepared the ruins, furs lay in a circle at the base where they would stand, two bon-fires at each of the corners overlooking the view. Dawn would just be rising, the sun -just- peeking over the tree line in it's red, orange glow.
Ellsa opens the flap to the tent after having wake up just to find Syrioh not there, stepping out of she opens her mouth in surprise. Not recognizing where she is, she looks around. Her gaze first falling on the spectacular view, the Shire visible for miles and miles below her, it's green forests stretching as far as she can see.Looking around, her gaze now falling on the ruins where two fires are lit, flames casting their dancing shadows upon the pillars in the night.Furs laid out on the ground, and a starry night crowning it. Looking at
Syrioh, a smile spreads across her lips, her eyes immediately, and as usual, following the outlines of his tattoos, never growing sick of looking at them. Silently walking up behind him laying a soft hand on his bare shoulder " Love?"
Syrioh peers back at her with a smile, scrapping the knife against his skin one more time before sheathing it and turning around to wrap both arms around her and lift her into the air, regarding her proudly for the first. "My wife..."
Ellsa smiles brightly at him, liking the sound of that.Wrapping her arms around his neck she looks into his dark eyes, locking hers to them.
Syrioh would lower her slowly to place a kiss on her lips, before easing her back onto the ground. "Go on, get ready for the first day of our lives together." he'd wink at her before turning away once more to finish shaving.
Ellsa nods to him, a sudden nervousness coming over her, alongside excitement, and she turns and heads back to the tent, quickly slipping inside to get ready herself.
Syrioh would then begin straightening his pants and removes any dirt, weapons, anything so that he was just as he was. He knew he was supposed to wear something special, and the most special thing he could was the Lynx tattoo. He then went up the ruins, and would wait on the right side of the ruins while peering at the stairs expectantly and patiently.
Ellsa slips out of her pants and shirt, unfolding the dress she had had made for the occasion, having chose the dress according to the traditions she grew up with,a white dress.Slipping into it, she gazes down on it, the upper part hugging her curves beautifully, the lower part a bit more wide, flowing, its intricate embroidery breath taking.A single flower crowning it. Brushing out her hair to a shine, she picks up a necklace, clasping it around a bowed slender neck, letting its charm fall almost in between her breast, stopping just shy of them.Wrapping her furs around her shoulders, an attempt, maybe in vain, the keep the chill out, before slipping out of the tent. Seeing a single wood lily growing just outside, she picks it, a tell tale sign for a perfect bouquet. Gazing up at Syrioh at the top of the stairs, she slowly makes her way to him, her heart beating frantically in her chest, but never stops gazing at him, forever wanting to hold this moment in her memory.
Syrioh would smile brightly, and then cross his hands over his waist in front of him, as a groom should, though he didn't look like one. "You look beautiful, Ellsa." he said while peering at the dress before taking a breath and asking. "Do you want me to go first, or you?"
Ellsa smiles at him as her eyes run over him, taking everything in, loving that he did not look as one would expect, just being himself at all times. Her gaze stopping at his eyes, peering into them " You can go first, my love"
Syrioh gulps a little, afraid. He takes a breath, and actually has to look away to get his nerve together. He takes in a few more breaths before looking to her once more. "Ellsa, you are the love of my life. My moon, and my stars. The ground beneath my feet, and the air that I breath. You are all that I need in this world..." at this point his voice would begin to break, and his eyes getting faintly shined with his emotions. He takes in a breath. "And I can only hope, with all my heart, that one day I will be worthy of you. I can only hope that one day, I will truly be able to say that I am the man that you deserve." His voice would be shaking now, though it would be a happy sadness, and for the first time that Ellsa's ever seen, he begins to shed a few tears. Though he quickly swipes them away. "I have no right to say that I fell in love with you when I first met you. Because I didn't. I didn't know I would have be blessed with love. I thought I was just wonder the world by myself, as I had for all my life. I will say, that with you I feel the best feeling I ever. You give me purpose, and you give me reason to keep walking. You give me hope, when I have none. You hold me up when I'm weak, and you stay by my side until the end. And from this point on, I am going to swear that as long as I stand, you will not fall. On my honour, and my Father's, and my family's honour I state here: That you will be the safest you ever have been with me..." He'd take a pause now, taking in a breath and wiping his eyes before continuing. "And I can only ask one more thing of you, Ellsa. I only have the right to ask one more thing. Will you, do me the honour of being my wife, the mother of my children and my kindred spirit. Will you do me the honour of being able to say that I am your champion..." His voice shatters, and he takes a moment before continuing once more. He gulps, and finally finishes. "Will you be my wife?"
Ellsa lifts a small hand to her eyes, wiping the tears away that fell during the time he spoke, never having known him to be a man of big words, this is overwhelming her.Taking a deep breath to still herself, her gaze still set at his and she beings, nervously "Syrioh, I have always said that I love you more than words can ever describe and that stands true to this day and will continue to stand true for all time. You are my love, and my everything, and I do not want to ever wake up to a day without you by my side" her voice soft, but clearly moved, fighting with the tears herself, feeling they are close to an overflow as she continues " I love you, Syrioh and I know that you love me, and I promise you that my love for you will never falter nor will it weaken. I promise you I will never leave you, and where you go, I will go. Where you remain, so will I. Your people I will make my people. I want you to be my husband, my beloved, my soul mate, my children's father. wipes her eyes again, then settling her gaze upon him once more" You ask of me if I will do you the honour of being your wife, your children's mother, your kindred spirit, and yes, I will.Nothing would make me more proud than to introduce myself as your wife. You are my hero, and I love you, forever. comes to a stop, looking at him, for the first time in her life, finding the correct words faltering her.
Syrioh would step forward, his arms wrapping around her arms tightly to pull her directly into his bare chest, tears still coming down his chest. He gulps once, and says, "Thank you, Ellsa.." before leaning in to kiss her in most strong, passionate and deep manner he had ever done. Even forgetting in the moment to actually say 'yes' to her, though it's obvious the kiss said that enough
Ellsa kissing him just as passionately, if not more even, back, her soft lips melting into his, her head spinning from the release of the tension accumulated, and she sniffles against his bare chest, shedding a few tears of joy
Syrioh would then part himself from the kiss, and place a kiss on her cheek before stepping back slightly, and moving forward swiftly to pick her up into his arms in a warm manner. He'd then throw his head back, and let off a incredibly loud howl of sheer excitement, happiness and joy.
Ellsa laughs of happiness as he picks her up,her face shining with joy and pride
Syrioh would then place Ellsa onto his right shoulder, and wrap his arms around her legs as she sits there. He'd then head towards one of the rocks, and leap up onto it before letting off another howl.
Ellsa cant help but laughing at his joy, feeling the same herself, almost not believing it finally has happened and she wraps an arm around his neck , leaning down to kiss the top of his head
Syrioh would then carefully place her down, and then turn her around while bringing his arms about her back to just cuddle her warmly.
Ellsa slips her arms around his waist after being turned around, laying her head on his chest before gazing up at him, smiling lovingly" Now, I will forever hear your heartbeat, love"
Syrioh would coil his arms about her in return, and place a kiss on the top of her head.
Ellsa reaches up and kisses his cheek softly as she runs her hand through his hair
Syrioh would lean over to kiss Ellsa in return, and then look over the tree-line of the shire, where their adventure together had begun, and where their new lives had just now began.
