I met her when I was, obviously, in the Prancing Pony. She is nowadays directing (Or was it acting?, maybe both) a play. Physical description is not complicated; she is a person who is easy to memorize: The red hair and blue eyes are prevailing traits for a Rohirrim. She is smaller than me, though this is not very noticeable. She dresses so finely, I am very forced to think she owns a good quantity of money.
Personality description is not that easy; Ceylo or "Lady Cel", as I have recently started to call her, is a walking, unarmed and unstable assault to physical well being. She is the most irrational, erratic, destructive and compulsive person I've ever met. Her attitude entails to, most of the times, physical damage against me or anyone around her.
Lady Cel overflows with the need to "live the life", and expects that everyone around her have the same desire. "Drama queen" cases are common, probably due to her acting knowledge; this scenes can be quite convincing, if you are caught unready. Despite this, some of her arguments when out of her "Dramatic stance" lack of sanity.
Under the effects of alcohol everything noted before is magnified by infinity, plus the little side effects of alcoholic beverages like loss of balance and the counterproductive need of dancing.
There is a possibility that the presence of emotions like "fear" and/or "embarrassment" have little to no effect in her, or that they are minuscule or completely null. It is clear that she owns primary studies, since the writing and reading skills are there (Again, when she is not intoxicated).
Conclusion: Even if one ends up wounded, mentally impaired, poisoned, without a limb or found dead inside a surreptitious hole, it is a risk that I (and many others) should happily take.
P.D. Her madness might be contagious.
