Before Dema left Brokenborings to begin her search for more Lost Mathoms she decided to find homes for the three she had already found at the picnic.
The sheet music was meaningless to her so she decided to bequeath it to someone who would be able to make use of it. The Inn that smelt of sheep had some windows high up in the hillside and Dema had heard music coming from one of these windows on the many occasions that she had been sat in the bough of the large Oak that grew nearby. Creeping across the roof line Dema tucked the scroll into one of the many window boxes.
Satisfied that the piece of music would find a good home she pulled out the silver necklace, It was very shiny and had a little fox hanging from the chain. It was also very well made and must have been crafted by someone who was very skilled with their hands. Looking about she could see that the Inns roof had recently been mended, the person had done a good job of it and Dema was sure that the necklace should return to pair of skillful hands. So reluctantly she pulled aside one roof tile and tucked the necklace inside. Now whoever had mended the roof would have to return and would find the necklace.
With dawn breaking over the hill Dema scurried up the steep slope behind the village and wandered into the woods beyond. She still had to find a good home for the fork
