Silence Before the Storm

The sun shines bright.
As the clouds are broken by rays of light.
The grass is dancing, colored by pride.
The birds are singing their own song.
A language we do not know,
Yet sounds so familiar to our ears.
The wind is gone, settling down.
So that the trees can prepare.
The sun can withdraw its rays of light.
The grass and the birds can stop their feast,
beneath clouds so white.
Then, the wind attacks.
And what seemed so peaceful.
Now turned into a storm.
