Slice of Life

Eira yawned, awakening in her bed. A half finished drape laid across her lap. She was still wearing her dress from yesterday. With a sigh, she tiredly pulled the drape close to her and continued to sew it. Natural sunlight peered in through the windows. The carpeted blue floor was bathed in rays of the sun as Eira continued working on the drape. She just had to fall asleep at the very last one....

OOC: Not much to be said here, aside from maybe that being like Ray and deciding to spontaneously sleep with someone while intoxicated often leads to mornings spent regretting life choices! Comments and critique welcome.

“Look papa! The Combe Watch! They’re doin’ training exercises!” A young girl squealed, pointing towards a throng of assembled watchers stood outside the training hall, stretching with their spears, “D’you reckon I could be one of them when I’m older?”

OOC: Hungover stories! The events of this story and what preceeded it are actually a bit older, I've just been too lazy to finish off and post it. >.>

As soon as Alex’s eyes opened, he was overcome with the urge to vomit.

A/N: And thus comes to end a five-parter story that I enjoyed writing immensely. Thank you to everyone who gave some time of their day to read this and I hope it was as enjoyable to read as it was for me to write and plan in my head. A/N: Hello! If you're reading this, I'm looking for feedback, critique and comments on storywriting, like pace, tone, enjoyment. I haven't written in a long time and it's been more than a year since I'd done something for LotRO RP, and decided to pen up a multi-part story on this character's current plotline, so that I can get back into the habit of writing and improve my storytelling skills.
