The Book

Journal Entry 1

Well, I had decided a bit ago to become… well, more active in the Shire, with other hobbits and such. And with my love for music, riddles and poems I thought; why don’t I start to write more of those?

My Favorite Foods

by Charee Dinglebee

My favorite foods

Put me in a grand mood!

Its biscuits, ale, and bread

Oh my, I think I'm overfed!

Is it time for yummy biscuits?

I hope I didn't miss it!

Eat them with a butter spread

or berry jam instead!

Sleep under Willow

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Poetry

Dear little hobbits in their holes and burrows

Come now to thy bed to seek rest till 'morrow

When the light of the sun wanes to give way to night

Where stars twinkle and the moon shines, come tonight

Rest thy sleepy head on my comfy pillow

Lay your body in peace and rest on willow

The Shire

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Poetry

Long have the Shire been in existence

Blooming in colours of green and yellow

The hills have been described in insistence

It is beautiful compared to fellows

The fire in every hearth in each hole

Gives warmth of love and home in each burrow

The feast of the hobbits, six, all in all

A happy and merry place with no sorrow
