Captain's Quick Report: The White Flames play Knuffelrock
Ah! It is good to be in Bree again, with the lucky chance to have attended a performance close to the Prancing Pony as advertised on the event notice boards. And I must say, many of the songs those of The White Flames played were most enjoyable indeed -- I could get used to this 'Knuffelrock' sort of melodies, hoho!
While being back in Bree-land meant most certainly I was not anywhere close to where a Shire Wassail had been planned around the same time (unfortunately postponed a few times these last weeks, because of several storms I've heard) as the Order of the White Flame's musical performance today.
The solace I can take from this was that at least here in Bree, I did see music bring together some good folk to clap their hands --and heartily it seemed-- to enjoy many of the songs these wonderful White Flames led by Miss Trincia played. A few Dwarves and Elves if I recall, sitting quietly or putting their hands together merrily, and Hobbits with those from the race of Man in attendance too of course. Why, I even saw one whom I recognized as Master Baldingild, a Hobbit whom I previously recognized from a drawing where he was wearing a fine hat!
There seemed to be some trouble with folks' large animals wandering into the area, even the stage itself at times... seemingly on purpose by quite some determined to causing a disturbance, in which I fear they may have succeeded... but it was nevertheless a musical time that was otherwise marked by very happy audience members enjoying many of the songs these White Flames performed. Well done to the Order of the White Flame and Miss Trincia for a fine event!
On the horizon there appears to be quite a few new gatherings and public events happening for the next Month, some that so far have made the rounds are the Yard Party far to the Shire in Michel Delving will be visited by the band 'Moonlight' for a performance; the known organization called 'The Red Company' have a planned schedule to play before the Prancing Pony half a week after that; and further along in that week it's rumoured the Die Bunten Voegel musicians will be visiting, playing at Scholar's Walk in Bree-town. The Bramblebury Gazette also reports a few extra event dates where the 'Evendim Hillbillies' will be in the town of Michel Delving halfway through next Month for another stunning Yard Party guest performance, and interesting news have reached even as far here in Bree about Hobbits from Bramblebury will later open a brand new Crafting Centre and Library in their settlement.
Time ever continues forward, and busy schedules beckon! Outstanding eh!

(( Disclaimer: Hello folks, I'd like to caution you that taking a look at the embedded slideshow coming up below will likely not go too well if your in a hurry, and hoping to just get a 'general gander' at what the event was like. The 'Overview Collection' above is more suited for that!
Viewing the album embedded below is more geared for those folks looking to get a /slightly/ more play-by-play spirit of how things unfolded. In fact, I only recommend having a browse through if for some reason, you have an urge to well... just look at a lot and lot of screenshots -- many more of the shot angles/perspectives being repeated in other screenshots but at different times during the event, etc! Thanks for reading. ))
