The Westinner's men, lead by Darathian Westinner, had no trouble fooling the watch, and freeing their own imprisoned men while doing so.

A note to myself...

I found myself on my own again; surrounded by my thoughts.
I was about to send another letter to Gondor but I fear I can not tell my father everything.
There is this strange feeling, which I can not describe.
I saw him again; he was in Bree. It was just a short moment of a blink; a second but it felt like eternity.
His eyes were looking at me; examining me and smiling.
There was something in his gaze that I liked… For the first time; I saw something like trust in it.

Here we are again my little leathery bastard, you are one of the few things I kept when moving and I have no idea why... Funny thing, is it not?

A Leathery Journal - (7th entry) A little peace and quiet.

I was born by a river, and just like that little river, I have been running ever since. From the watchmen. From scorned women. From death, who if I might add is a persistant bastard.. The patience he has taken to go after me is commendable. It is nice when a few easy days follow.

Waking Up

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Diary

I should have written down the events of what went on before I found myself waking up in Ost Guruth, because now as I write I can't seem to remember the more significant details of what went on the night before. This won't be another memory of drinking merrily with hobbits, I've learned my lesson not to do that often; but rather, I'm so exhausted and sore from the battles Miss Lexi and I found ourselves in while in Garth Agarwen that it all seems too much like a blurry mess of fighting and retreating.

Bards are abundant in Bree, and their listeners even more so it seems!
