Travelling merchant and charlatan.
Born in Bree-town to the merchant life of a small family of stall vendors, he was raised with a myriad of skills useful to traders. Reading, writing, numbers, and of course the art of bartering and speaking well were all past down to him as he grew. Hubert developed a strong wander lust as he came of age, forgoing the family stall in the market square for a life of travel. He invested his saved coin into a wagon, two oxen, supplies, and merchandise to set him off to a fair start. The world awaited and He was ready, ever equipped with the tools and wit necessary to be successful. He continued on for many years buying and selling, though he always found it to be more profitable hocking his poorly made, cheap goods, if he embellished enough about them. And so he continues to this day, seeking to bamboozle fools out of their hard earned coin by hocking shotty merchandise as great treasures or rare oddities.
