Background
Mignonette Shenanigan, who goes by Nonette (Or Miggles to her friends) is named after a tall, fragrant flower whose scent is as strong as her character.
Her great grandmother was fond of the perfume of these flowers and often kept a small bowl of the dried blooms on a table next to the door of her hobbit hole. Mignonette was named by her great Uncle Matzo, in memory of one of the (many) small eccentricities of his beloved mother (for the odor often drove away any potential visitors, and she would complain endlessly that noone ever called on her!)
Mignonette is a hobbit full of stories and gossip, so be careful what you let slip around her; for half the Shire will know about it (with perhaps some additional fabricated details) by the end of the week!
