Hue  is a local of Bree and A known Watcher.  He really likes following rules and helping others to follow them too. 

He looks to be in his mid thirties and his black hair is spotted with  gray. 

Logging is his family trade. swinging an axe since he was a boy  has made him a broad man that fills up a doorway.  He is average height for a Breelander.  Hue's resting face is serious and stern, but with a smile his face softens.

He can't claim to be handsome.  Yet, his sense of humor, honor and respect make him someone others gravitate towards
