Wilmera Mossbrick is an old widow, who hails from the small village of Pindon where she has spent most of her long life. She is the oldest (but not only) surviving descendent of Theodore Mossbrick, a co-founder of Pindon Village, and she won't let anyone forget it. Her husband was Town Historian up until his untimely death in a plowing accident one year ago. Wilmera is a fairly amiable old woman (when she wants to be) but if you mess with her garden of pink hydrangeas all bets are off. Wilmera always manages to wheedle her way into the Hydrangea Festival planning group each spring. She also tends to the various public gardens around the village. She enjoys keeping lists and organising others' affairs. This is easily reflected in her work at the Watermill, where Wilmera keeps a very strict schedule regarding what is getting manufactured when, whether it be flour, paper, or textiles.
