Mittanyaro saw the light in the Years of the Trees, and lived amongst his kin of the House of Fingolfin, the High King of the Noldor. His name was given to him by his mother and means 'leader'. He served under Fingolfin's command and he served his lord with honor.

It started off well enough. After a good nights sleep my mood had improved drastically. I spent a good portion of the morning having a pleasant conversation with a man named Lenwood and a hobbit called Garradoc.

Baradar and I came back to Bree. We arrived this morning. I had promised to seek out and chat with my friends upon my return from the north. This promise I have kept. Little good it does me now.
