Cousin Tanes is generous, as is the lady Eirienn. Both look after Nemben so much, while I am...in my current condition.

I have offered Eirienn the spare room of my house, until the time that I shall sail - she cares for Nemben like he is her own.

Tanes, however, tells me to continue on. I admire her...stubbornness, Mithon is courageous to have wed her!

I knew I would be leaving some day, but now this day has come. Nelson has sent me to the dwarf mountains in the North and I have spent the last two weeks there, enjoying the cold and the snow, but not so much the dwarves. They kept sending me around for stupid things like forgotten pickaxes on the bottom of a cave. Still, I had loads of opportunities to work on my skills while fighting linxes and bears. How nice it was, standing on top of a mountain, looking around at all that snow. It was not as much snow as home in Forochel, but still snow.

My dear friend,

In recent days, I have noted your commitment to my son; Nemben.

Of old, my wife (while alive) asked me if we could offer you a home within ours - a spare room we have already, and it is not used currently.

I wish to honour this, for she loved you like she would a family member.

With regards,

Andarne

These are the words, Calathildir, Elneths brother, had for Adunzil when last they met, before he set sail for the Undying Lands.

Where are thou now, mellon nin?

Diary

For the past few days I have had terrible trouble with dwarves.

There are four of them who look identical, making it almost impossible to tell them apart. At first they just came and sat around my chair, staring up at me in a rather discincerting fashion. I found it extremely uncomfortable and simply tried to ignore them. They left after a little while.

My dear friend,

I have heard of your sorrow and it pains me also. Malliel was a friend to many in the homeland, and loved you dearly.

But have hope! I have gazed into my mirror, and I see joy and laughter in your future. But I have seen naught of the love you now miss.
