Day 1:
Dear Diary...
It was finally time to leave my childhood home and set out on my journey to the Shire. I had dreamed of this moment for years, but now that it was here, I couldn't help but feel a mixture of excitement and sadness. Excitement for the adventures that awaited me, but sadness for leaving behind my family and everything I had ever known.
I said my tearful goodbyes to my parents and siblings upon the rock that day, promising to write to them often and visit them again if ever I could. With my trusty backpack strapped on and my feet ready to take me on this journey, I turned and took one last look at my home in Lyndelby before setting off.
The road ahead seemed long and daunting, but I was determined to make the most of it. I walked for hours, taking in the sights and sounds of the misty paths in the wells of langfold. The sun was shining and the birds were chirping, it was a perfect day for traveling.
As the day went on, I came across a small village and decided to stop for a rest. I found a cozy inn and settled in for the night. The innkeeper was kind and welcoming, and I enjoyed a warm meal and a good night's rest.
I wonder what will happen along this journey... I wonder if Nana will be fine or if she even knows... but I know I must do this... I must prove my family I can amount to things...
