Poem connected with the cauldron/cradle

East meets west and north meets south
where ancient trees give way to mouth
where beams are broad and channel narrow
you'll find my feet beneath the barrow

West met east and south met furrow
flamed ones beyond the burrow
polished gold and silver bound
this is where my arms are found

The oldest old and latest new
the longest beard and mighty thew
true silver coat and iron belly
you shall find me beneath the valley

Of iron cold and doughty bold
by deepest red and cloudy head
and silver tine and first one's bed
the cradle whole must be framed

Wurm around from the top
to the deepest depths
where waters lie and shadows die
the guarded cradle kept
