The Wintercress estate

The Wintercress estate consist of a well established farm with farmland and woodland surrounding it. The farm grow all kind of vegetables and fruits, have domestic livestock, and sell both timber and furs, collected from its surrounding woods.

Most of the products are sold to the different markets in and around Bree, but some vegetables are also shipped to the Shire, where the hobbits thinks it "decent enough" to buy. Since the farm is close to the old Greenroad going eastward, there are travelers from time to time, who visit and purchase some of the products the farm has to offer.
