A young adventurous Captain from the realms of Rohan who leapt at the chance to lead a small band of Warriors to the North to inspect the increasing threat. Little did he know that the road would be so fraught with danger. Ambushed on the road by a company of Orcs he fought and watched as one by one his companions fell. He knew unless he acted quickly that he would meet the same end, so instinctively he hewed down an Orc in his way with a blow to the calf, jumped over the orc and ran into the forest, hoping he could lose them. He didn't stop running until a new day dawned. The sun rose over the tops of the trees, illuminating his surroundings and showing him where he was. He had made it to the Trollshaws home of the trolls and, somewhere within its borders was the original destination, Rivendell, the Last House of the elves. The rest of the story is uninteresting and seldom told, with the only certain part is that he made it to Rivendell two days later and was welcomed by Lord Elrond. Now spending his time helping the people of the North he is a traveler, never stopping in one place to long and always restless. People say that the ambush made him vengeful and gave him a lust for battle. This is usually thought from his behavior towards others, not very trusting, impatient and quick to anger can leave the wrong impression on people, but those who know him well know that he is kind and always willing to help them.
