Lulah had always wanted to go out with a bang when she died. Like most Rohirrim, she wanted songs to be written about her to be sung over feasts.
So with an ironic twist, during a late and rainy afternoon tucked away in the small town of Bree, did she pass in her sleep. She had been battling a fever for about a week before she finally let it win, and she passed on.
Her last thoughts were of her home, Harwick, and her love, Burlnard. Oh, how she had loved him endlessly. She was not sure if he spent time by her bedside, as she wasn't awake most of the time, or if it was her father.
Before she took her last breath, she saw her mother, holding a hand out to guide her to where ever it was she was supposed to go. Behind her, Burlnard and her father stood waiting for her to come back. But Lulah's time in Middle-Earth was over, and she left behind her greatest love, and she passed into another life.
