Dryn

Farewell

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

Dryn watched from the harbor as his companions had boarded the ships. It was bittersweet to him. He knew that it was for the best. However, it was still bittersweet because he had to say goodbye. It had reminded him of saying goodbye to Ghost, knowing that it was the last time the man would ever see him.

Dryn and Aranglin had arrived where Morohir had lived, Fenris still by Dryn’s side. To their surprise, several elves had been getting boxes ready in a carriage. They walked to where they have seen Morohir along with Feridae. They both had a slightly saddened expression on their faces.

Conflict and Departure

Story

Dryn was not expecting the way things had happened during recent days. He had been lucky to have seen Aranglin despite his head injury. He had told Dryn that it was due to a skinchanger but to Dryn’s knowledge, people like them hardly came to Bree. He had gone to have some fellowship with him and the woman named Asterthryth who had been the one who had treated him afterward.

Needing to Put the Foot Down

Story

Upset. Appalled… There were quite a few things Dryn was feeling despite giving a somewhat cheerful farewell to Rick after their talk. Rick was right of feeling the way he had after realizing Dryn had taken in Brandi and Amanda in his spare house the hard way. Well… Amanda for certain due to her injury back then. Dryn had thought he was doing the right thing, with the whole conflict of people wanting to harm those who were outsiders, especially elves and elf-friends.

I don't know what's wrong with me... He was mad, and he walked away... Why did I get so... Sad? Why did I do what I did? Why did I throw my crutches across the yard? Why did I yell at Mr. Dryn? I've never yelled at him before... Why did I... Why did I cry? I don't cry, I don't yell like I did, I don't throw things around... He's been not as cold recently, but last night he was... He didn't say anything to me, and hardly to Ms.

Heart-to-Heart Talk

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

At first, it was an easy conversation with a woman named Rosalene. She was a rather kind woman despite of her history with her family. They exchanged pleasant words about themselves and their favorite places. It was not until Dryn had seen someone familiar walking into the Pony and toward the hallway.

I’ve had a week to spend on my special project, and I think it’s coming along quite nicely. I met a lovely lady named Odelina and an adorable halfling named Heemi, who have since moved into Everslade across the road from me.

Farewells

Story

Dryn stepped into the Prancing Pony inn and looked around with his light green eyes, though his eyes seemed troubled. Upon returning to town, he had heard rumors about one who had been a father figure to him. He did not want to believe it.
