Laven slowly opened her eyes as she looked out the window to the falling snow.. Some slowly gliding past the window like small dancing fairies. Mae was out of the house, traveling, so she was alone. Well, alone enough to be the only person in the room.. But to her, she was not. Growing in her womb was a child, a wee babe that could come at any time..

I was so afraid earlier today... The man who kidnapped me, he was in the Pony when my guard and I went.  For some reason, I let out a shriek of terror.  Why did I let out a shriek of terror?  Why did I hide?  Is the coward in me that has always been there finally coming out?
