She stared into the water, which reflected only dim starlight. Fred quite liked ponds, and even rivers. He was curious about boats (though to her knowledge, he'd never been on anything bigger than a fishing raft). Grandma Esme had a book about the waterways of the Shire, with lots of pictures, and when he was little Fred always used to turn straight to--

Being son of "Old Middlefoot", was big deal in Southfarthing. Bodo's father founded Inn when he was young lad. Soon small village started to grow around it and it was called Middlefoot. Father prepared Bodo from his childhood to succeed him one day. But, Bodo was interested in another kind of work - Pipe-weed growing. He spent most of his day on many Southfarthing fields learning what he could about that fine art. Soon, he became expert in it. Life was easy for him. ... not finished ...
