Background
Hissael has been around for 22 winters, he is the second son of Belethui and Félewyn, appearance wise he has the fair skin of his mother, as well as her brown hair, though he has the piercing eyes of a Bregion.
Hissael is a skilled warrior, and has attended the military academy at Dol-Amroth in his youth.
He is known for his ferocious Bregion temper, swift decision making, and sense of honour toward his dynasty. He is serious and has a clear sense of what has to be done and will stop at nothing to achieve his always righteous goals.
Hissael had been banished together with the rest of the family when Ethelion Bregion briefly usurped the keep and family estates, Narmacil Berethel Bregion Hallborn had them return to Bregial when he cast down the Usurper. During his banishment Hissael and his close kin moved to Calembel, and then back to Dol-Amroth, where he met his future wife.
