Background
Originally from Aldburg, Amilyn moved to Edoras when he was very young due to his father's commitments to King Theoden and the Eored he was accompanied to. Growing up in the Westmark meant that from a young age Amilyn became a skilled warrior, facing daily strife from Dunlendings - which has led to a deep seated hatred of these people.
When he came of age and due to many years of war and death, Amilyn felt he wanted a more simple life and so rather than join the Eored with his father, he ventured to Gondor to learn and study in the White City. It was here he met his wife and befriended her father Brohk, a captain in the Guard of the Tower of Gondor. His wife died during the birth of their second child and Amilyn left Gondor and those unhappy memories to settle in Bree where he works as a skilled weaponsmith.
Amilyn has two children, Daahn and Aridan, both of whom now live with him in Bree.
