Background
Born the second son of a lesser house Ulwyn never had much to look forward to inheriting. He served as a rider for a time before being called home to care for his ailing father while his brother, Theowyn played at war.
After his father's death, Ulwyn's mother couldn't cope and disappeared without a trace. Upon hearing the news of his father's death Theowyn returned home to take charge of the household. Discovering his mother missing he banished Ulwyn from their home swearing that he may never set foot in their home until their mother was found.
And so, Ulwyn journeys. Selling his skills as a warrior and smith where he can. The last he heard his mother had made it to a far off land known as Bree, and so his journey begins there....
