Background
A Hunter and tinker, Watho was hunting boar in Buckland when a rider in black approached. The man sized creature seized him and interrogated him. Asking him "baggins? shire?" Unable to answer, the rider then hurled Watho into a tree and disappeared back into the wood.
Shaken by the encounter, Watho has become introspective and increasingly combative. He has joined the Bounders as a way to express his emerging violent tendencies.
