Thiowen has long wavy brown hair and light green eyes. She has a stern face and full lips, and usually her expression is too stony for people to consider her to be exceptionally beautiful. She dresses nicely and modestly, as if trying to look nice but not draw too much attention.

She appears to be in her early 30s, and she speaks with a deep alto voice. Years of being a barmaid has left her with calloused hands and a bad back, but Thiowen now lives comfortbly after marrying into a rich family.

Generally, Thiowen seems to be a relatively happy person. She doesn't go out of her way to talk to anyone, but she isn't rude. She may be living a good and comfortable life now, but she knew what it was like to live in the slums, and so she is always kind to the poor and gives back whenever she can.
