Serenn was born in the First Age 102 around the completion time of Nargothrond. She was born to the Eldars Serennyriel I and Ballarith.

For awhile she resided here with her parents and peoples and learned over the years lore, and runes, in particular lightning and frost stone magics from her mother whom herself was highly skilled with these arcane ways.

Her father, whom was a warrior within Fingon's ranks, perished alongside Fingon and most of his peoples during the Nirnaeth Arnoediad. This was the fifth great war of Beleriand.

With the fall of Nargothrond in FA 495, she moved with her peoples to Gondolin and resided there for a time. However, with the War of Wrath and the final destruction of Beleriand, she was forced to flee with her people east to what was to become Edhellond on the Bay of Belfalas.

It is here she would live out the Second Age.

At some point in the Third Age, around 1300 with the reappearance of the Nazgúl, she and her people moved west and for a time settled in Lindon in the Ered Luin.

More recently now in the time of the War of the Ring she can be seen wandering Eriador with the remnants of her people helping those in need.
