At the Merchant's Guild Council Meeting, Emsy takes the podium and shares her thoughts and concerns about the recently approved Apprentice's Guild Petition. Apparently many in town have misgivings about this new organization, and she notes that such an organization will need a proper leader. Frimsi quickly nominates Emsy, but she insists that a fair election must decide its leader. This fair election is to be had during the next council meeting.
