During the recent Merchant's Guild Council Meeting, the eccentric but commited hobbit Fennal passionately argues in favour of sending aid to the Rangers in the north as they combat a supposed orc threat. Many at the council meeting are highly skeptical of her claims and do not trust the Rangers to protect Bree's interests.
